Who we are

Watchdog Agent by BWT is a BYGO Technology service. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to omniviropts@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit, including name, email address, website URL, service requests, account details, support communications, and consent records. For paid service we also process order, subscription, plan, renewal, cancellation, and website-entitlement records. PayPal and WooCommerce process payments; we do not ask you to send passwords or full payment credentials through our forms or email.

The WordPress plugin keeps free scan findings locally on the customer website. Before paid cleanup, it sends the activation key, normalized website domain, and plugin version over HTTPS to watchdogagentbybwt.com to verify an active subscription and website limit. It does not upload passwords, file contents, visitor records, or the scan report for entitlement verification.

How we use information

We use information to provide free checks, validate subscriptions, deliver onboarding, protect covered websites, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain audit records, comply with law, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and access

Information may be handled by providers needed to operate the service, including WordPress/WooCommerce hosting, PayPal payment processing, email delivery, website-hosting providers, and security infrastructure. If managed support requires access, customers use a secure, revocable method supported by their website or hosting provider; customers must never send hosting passwords through our public forms or email.

Retention and deletion

Order and transaction records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, and legal obligations. Other records are retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Plugin quarantine evidence stays on the customer website, receives a 30-day review deadline, may be extended twice up to 90 days, and is never automatically or permanently deleted by Watchdog Agent. A WordPress administrator must explicitly restore, extend, or permanently delete it using the protected confirmation process.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting omniviropts@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when required by law, to complete an active contract, or to prevent fraud. You may cancel a subscription through the customer account or by contacting us before the next renewal.

Security and changes

We use access controls, HTTPS, data minimization, fail-closed entitlement validation, and protected local evidence. No system is completely risk-free. Material policy updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
