Refund and Cancellation Policy

Automatic renewal

Monthly and annual Watchdog Agent subscriptions renew automatically through the selected payment provider until canceled.

How to cancel

Cancel before the next renewal through the customer account or contact omniviropts@gmail.com. Include the order number and covered website domain, but do not send a password or activation key. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Refund review

Except where required by law, paid subscription periods are non-refundable once service begins, and partial-period or unused-time refunds are not provided. We will review duplicate charges, charges collected after a properly completed cancellation, and cases where we cannot begin the contracted service. Submit a request within seven days of the charge. Approved refunds return through the original payment method and processing time is controlled by the payment provider.

Effect of cancellation

Free scans remain available. Paid cleanup locks when the subscription is no longer active. Existing quarantine evidence remains local and is not automatically deleted; the administrator must restore, extend, or permanently delete it under the protected workflow.
