Service sequence

1. Run the public website check or local WordPress scan free.
2. Review the findings and recommended plan.
3. Subscribe before any cleanup action.
4. Receive the activation key and onboarding instructions automatically.
5. Activate the covered website, run a fresh scan, review the protected action plan, and authorize cleanup.

What is automated

Paid cleanup may restore checksum-verified official files, quarantine corroborated high-confidence threats, move high-confidence injected posts to reversible draft quarantine, and record an audit manifest. It does not automatically change uncertain files, administrator accounts, database triggers, or individual ambiguous posts.

Access and onboarding

The customer receives the activation key after the subscription becomes active. The plugin works on standard WordPress websites across hosting providers. If managed support requires access, customers use a secure, revocable access method supported by their website or provider; passwords must never be sent through forms, chat, or email. Service begins after payment, entitlement verification, website eligibility, and any required access are confirmed.

Quarantine review

Every managed quarantine receives a 30-day review deadline. Administrators may restore verified evidence, extend the review twice up to 90 days, or permanently delete the session with exact confirmation. No automatic permanent deletion occurs.

Support and escalation

Send service questions, suspected billing errors, cancellation requests, and security escalations to omniviropts@gmail.com. Include the website domain and order number, but never send passwords or activation keys by email.
