Watchdog Agent by BWT
Terms of Service
Effective: August 21, 2026
Agreement and authority
These terms apply to Watchdog Agent by BWT, a BYGO Technology service. By requesting a check, creating an account, subscribing, activating cleanup, or authorizing service, you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage each submitted website and accept these terms.
Free checks and scans
Public website checks and local plugin scans are preliminary security tools. They may identify visible or known indicators but cannot guarantee detection of every vulnerability, compromise, outage, or future event. Free scans are non-destructive and do not include cleanup.
Paid cleanup and managed service
Repairs, quarantine, restoration, retention changes, permanent deletion, monitoring, updates, backups, performance checks, emergency recovery, and reporting require an active subscription and may depend on plan limits, website eligibility, access, and technical conditions. Cleanup fails closed when entitlement cannot be verified. High-confidence actions are backed up or recorded first; uncertain items are left for specialist review.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically through the selected payment provider until canceled. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Cancel before the next renewal through the customer account or by contacting omniviropts@gmail.com. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; service continues until then unless immediate termination is required for security, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, or law.
Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable after a paid service period begins, and partial-period or unused-time refunds are not provided. We will review duplicate charges, charges after a properly completed cancellation, and cases where we cannot begin the contracted service. Submit a request with the order details to omniviropts@gmail.com within seven days of the charge. Approval is based on the payment record, service activity, and applicable law.
Customer responsibilities
You must maintain lawful content, accurate account and billing information, safe administrator access, current contact details, and a recovery path appropriate to your risk. Do not share activation keys beyond the covered websites, bypass plan limits, interfere with verification, submit websites without authorization, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Quarantine and deletion authorization
Quarantine is reversible protected evidence, not a finding of legal liability. The plugin sets a 30-day review deadline and permits two 30-day extensions. It does not automatically delete quarantined files or posts. Permanent deletion requires an authorized WordPress administrator, an active entitlement, a valid security token, and the exact session-specific confirmation phrase. Customers are responsible for obtaining any internal, contractual, insurance, or legal approval required before deletion.
Service limits and availability
Maintenance windows, third-party outages, hosting restrictions, malware behavior, and customer changes may affect results or response times. We may pause unsafe actions, require a fresh scan, or escalate uncertain cases rather than risk damaging the website. No service guarantees uninterrupted availability or immunity from compromise.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYGO Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnity and termination
You agree to indemnify BYGO Technology against third-party claims arising from unauthorized website access, unlawful customer content, misuse of the service, or breach of these terms. We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, fraud, or legal necessity.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions may be sent to omniviropts@gmail.com. Material revisions will be published with a new effective date.
